Reflections - Adult Program

TAKE TIME TO REFLECT, CHANGE AND GROW...

Sober Living by the Sea is pleased to announce our new Reflections Adult Program, a curriculum for clients age 40 and above.

Over the past several years we have come to realize that the more mature client seeking recovery has unique requirements and may need to come to terms with a failing marriage or relationship, child custody issues, employer or business concerns, legal matters, and more severe health problems; therefore, our Reflections Program seeks to allow these clients the opportunity to work on their recovery with their peer group, learning trust and relecting on those issues that may have in the past prevented long term recovery.

Reflections offers a specially designed program, with a daily schedule created to fit the specific needs of the more mature client. The program offers:

  • Process Groups for self esteem and relapse prevention
  • Family Counseling
  • 12-Step Workshops
  • Grief and Loss
  • Dual Diagnosis
  • Life Reflections Group
  • Lectures designed to fit the needs of adults dealing with addiction
  • Individual Counseling
  • Transportation to local Orange County AA Meetings for the 40+ age group
  • Creative Cultural Events
  • Gender and age specific housing
