An alumnus of Sober Living by the Sea and the Program Director of The Landing are featured on a fascinating Today Show segment about Adderall. The segment features amazing hidden camera footage showing the Today Show reporter going into a college library and easily purchasing Adderall from an unsuspecting female student.

Adderall is an addictive study aid that causes a similar sensation as methamphetamine and allows students to focus on their studies.  For this reason it is called a "smart drug" and a surprising population has adopted Adderall as a regular drug of abuse - students at America's top colleges. The Today Show Special that aired on May 17th, 2011 showed correspondent Amy Robach going undercover into the "stacks" in the library of an unidentified top university and "scoring" the drug from an unsuspecting female student.

" For all intents and purposes, Adderall is speed. You are putting something into your brain that is going to make you think you're okay when you're not.  And the next thing you know, you're going to be spinning out of control."
- Stephen Odom of The Landing

A young girl is interviewed and  is  identified only as "Jenny."
