On March 29th a celebration of the human recovery process will occur in
Costa Mesa at Sober Living by the Sea’s 17th Street Lecture facility.
Attendees will get to hear two excellent workshops “Forgiveness and Beyond” by Phil Mitchell and “Visualize Confidence: How to Use Guided Imagery to Overcome Self Doubt” by author Kirwan Rockefeller, PhD.
The cost of $20 will include all workshop materials, lunch, and raffle entry (great prizes like an iPOD).
The event is sponsored by Sober Living by the Sea, Sierra Tucson (Tucson AZ), Life Healing Center (Santa Fe, NM) and Bayside Marin (San Rafael, CA).

Kirwan Rockefeller, Ph.D., is the director of arts and humanities continuing education at the University of California, Irvine. His expertise includes psychology, visual and performing arts, humanities, and mind-body modalities.
He is the author of Visualize Confidence: How to Use Guided Imagery to Overcome Self-Doubt (New Harbinger, 2007),
Phillip S. Mitchell, M.A., MFT (CA), MAC is a Unit Therapist, lecturer & trainer at Sierra Tucson, where he has served for over 14 years.
