We make sure the men and women are rewarded with daily activities that are physically challenging, socially rewarding, mentally stimulating, and spiritually invigorating.
Learning to Enjoy Life Sober is More than Just a Clinical Process
We keep our clients growing by attending many addiction workshops, recovery lectures, therapy sessions, process groups every week. The clients benefit from participating in the vibrant recovery community in and around our rehab centers in Newport Beach. However, there are only so many hours in a day that a client can sit in groups and counseling sessions effectively.
Our weekly rehab surf lessons help men and women learn to enjoy a life free from drugs or alcohol by getting them out in the ocean at the crack of dawn once a week. The men and women learn so much from the process. There are many analogies and metaphors that can be gained from this activity that requires:

- discipline
