Our facility has men and women all over Southern California and beyond to help families get the help they need for their loved one who is in trouble. Here is some contact info for some of the staffers who reach out into communities and answer questions about addiction and eating disorder treatment.
Director of Business Development
Ryan Franke
A graduate of the University of California – Berkeley with a degree in finance, Ryan has worked in the field of recovery for three years following a successful career in money management. During his tenure at Sober Living by the Sea, Ryan has worked in both the Alumni and Business Development Departments. Ryan has excelled at each position thanks in large part to his dedication to recovery and desire to assist those in need. Ryan was promoted to the role of Director in January, 2008.

Director of National Outreach
Elizabeth Robertson, BA
Elizabeth has been with Sober Living By The Sea for 8 years and is an alumnus from 2000. She is located in Kerrville, Texas and covers the Southeast and Northeast regions of the country. Elizabeth has a BA in Psychology and will soon begin earning her Masters in Transpersonal Psychology. Elizabeth specializes in working with national accounts and assisting families with treatment options. She is a trained interventionist and has her Substance Abuse and Eating Disorders Counseling Certificate which she earned at Saddleback College. Elizabeth is a great example of success as she completed these counseling credits through the TEACH College Program at SLBTS.

Midwest Regional Representative
Tib Albach
Tib Albach is a twenty two year veteran of the addictions recovery
field. Tib has worked extensively as an assessment and evaluation
counselor, facilitating clinical evaluations as well as family and
workplace interventions.

Clinical Outreach Representative
Paige Germany Willard
Paige Germany Willard is the Clinical Outreach Representative for
Orange County as well as the Family Program Coordinator. Paige has been
active in the recovery community for over 7 years, during which time
she also had a successful career in marketing and advertising for ABC
network in Dallas, Texas. She graduated magna cum laude from Millsaps
College.

Los Angeles and West Coast Regional Representative
Mike Ferguson
Mike Ferguson comes to Sober Living By The Sea with five years of
experience in all aspects of the addiction industry. Mike brings a
diverse background in the entire continuum of treatment center
operations including admissions and marketing. Mike looks forward to
assisting clients and their families find the help they need by
developing resources across the country to provide the best care
possible. Mike is based in Los Angeles, and serves the entire West
Coast and beyond.

Northwest Regional Representative
Tim Adrian, CDPT
Tim Adrian has a diverse professional background and education. Tim has worked in an Intensive Outpatient Program and has participated in facilitating many Interventions. He is a graduate of Oregon State University and is currently pursuing his Chemical Dependency Professional accreditation in Washington state. Tim is active in the 12-Step community (including Celebrate Recovery) and covers the Pacific Northwest.

Director of Public Relations for Sunrise Recovery Ranch - Inland Empire and Southern California
Shahan Suzmeyan, CATC
Shahan has spent the last 10 years in the development and operations of
several residential treatment centers in California, in addition to his
continuing charitable work in service of those in need. He is
currently involved with the Overdose Prevention Task Force, Harm
Reduction Task Force, Homeless Outreach, Hep-C Project, Mental Health
Collaborative, and the Salvation Army. He is a noted authority in the
field of addiction and has appeared on CNN, Fox News, PBS, and TLC. He
comes to us with many years of experience in the field and a genuine
passion for helping others. Shahan is available to provide information
about our Sunrise Recovery Ranch facility which is a highly structured chemical dependency treatment facility for men specializing in relapse prevention.
